Ingredients:
- 1 lb of minced beef
- 1 tsp of red chili powder
- 1 tsp of garlic paste
- 1 tsp of ginger paste
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- ½ inch of a cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 10 black pepper corns
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 tsp of cumin (Jeera) powder
- A pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 medium size crushed green chilies
- 2 tbsp of green coriander leaves cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp of oil
- Some oil for frying
Directions:
- Grind cinnamon, clove, black pepper and green cardamom and place 1 tsp in minced beef.
- Put all other spices in minced meat, mix well and leave for 3 hours at room temperature.
- Divide into 6 portions and make kabob shapes and shallow fry on medium heat.
- When all kabobs are ready put them in a deep pot, place a piece of bread on top of the kabobs and put a red hot charcoal on the bread piece.
- Put 2-3 drops of oil on charcoal and cover with lid for 20 minutes.
- Delicious smoked kabobs are ready to eat.
- Serve them with green salad and mint chutney.
